My other news (apart from the news that we dressed up Jason as Gaz yesterday, it's been snowing and snowing and snowing recently, Isabelle is getting fatter and bigger by the day and myself and Josh made models of ourselves from a Wallace and Gromit modelling kit with half of its contents missing) is that Josh and I joined a gym, we're vising his Dad in Spain next month, I'm going to Birmingham and Leeds to visit Laura and Lauren next month and... yep, that's about as much as I can think of. Basically, at the moment all I do is work, work out, go to the pub quiz on a Monday and go to my Russian classes on a Wednesday. I've stopped drinking in the week and am eating shit loads of healthy food. That's about it!

Hong kong is alright, haha, well everywhere is alright to me, I don't think I will be completely happy anywhere ever so its just alright. I've had various troubles adjusting and been haunted by lonliness at time but generally I am fine, feeling relatively motivated and as happy as I get.
Good to hear you're on the healthy gear and gyming it and no drink (during the week) you're life is mirroring mine so it seems - except I'm probably just that little bit more boring.
I applied for Goldney and Manor by the way I don't know if your forms have come through yet but you shjould apply for either or both I think. I don't know what my chances are to be honest because they reserve a limited number of places for returners but I wrote some long long essay about how great I am and how my friend Amber wood (talent-extroadinaire - I'm not going to check that spelling even though I am fully aware it is wrong) is going to apply for halls and how we have been seperated, like the couple in Atonement, and want to rekindle our practically lesbionic (I think I just made up a new word!) friendship. I said this without even knowing what halls you were applying for but its okay because I get my answer on the 23rd of Feb and you're probably not even applying yet - they will never know!
Anyway really looking forward to a summer of seeing you. I really want to go on day trips and do shit together maybe even a weekend away. There are these national trust holidays you can go on and they don't cost alot (like 90 pounds) and you get put up in like a farm or a cottage and during the day you hike and do work for the farmer or warden like clear away vegetation and mend footpaths and at night you have like bbqs and shit. Sounds awesome anyway so if you're interested we could start to look at them because I hear they fill up quite quickly. If not we could go to wales or somewhere. Somewhere with lots of walking. I like to walk, walk and talk, we'd be good at that.
Anyhow yeah didn't you and Josh go to France? How was that? Spain sounds cool you can put your ever-expanding linquistic skills to test. I hope Josh is good and still making pukka veggie sausage sandwiches as I expect another one on my return. With extra cameralised onion ;)
So yeah cannot wait to see you again for our summer of (real)love and keep me (or your blog) updated about your exploits (however mundane "Today I had an apple" - ha have you read my blog!)
